Overview
This historic landmark building in Tucson is within 500 feet of the Children's Museum, Arizona Theater Company, St. Augustine Cathedral, Armory Park, and the Temple of Music and Art.
Brings Coworking |
In 1928, it began with the Brings family; they founded a funeral home by Alvin, Ella Bring, and their son, Howard. The building was constructed in 1928 and added a significant addition in 1942. The family held its final service on December 1, 2014, and sold the property soon after.
In 2015, the building was redeveloped and now sits on three parcels with a total lot size of 22,003 square feet managed by Peach Properties. Peach Properties is a proud contributor to the rejuvenation of Tucson's downtown area by pursuing new construction and redevelopment projects in prime and up-and-coming urban locations.
They want to grow and support downtown Tucson's startups, small businesses, remote workers, and freelancers. It is within walking distance of the modern streetcar, restaurants, government buildings, and other downtown amenities.
