How to Enroll
Here are the steps!
1) Get on the Roster
Please enroll in each class. It reserves your seat and helps the instructor prepare for your arrival.
2) Pay Your Tuition
You may pay with a credit card when you enroll online or your may pay your tuition on the first day.
3) Find Your Location
If you need driving directions, visit the 'Locations page'. If your class in 'On Location' or in a 'Private Studio' the instructor will email you with the location the week before the class begins.
4) Be Comfortable
Wear comfortable shoes if you plan on standing at your easel. You may get dirty depending on the medium, so bring an apron or an old shirt that is suitable to get stained, soiled or ruined. If you are taking a plein air class be sure to bring a hat and wear sunscreen.
5) Materials and Art Supplies
Instructors will email you during the week before the class starts or will provide you with materials upon your arrival. Please visit our education blog for more information on art supplies or to read about our instructor recommendations.
6) Provide Your Information
Fill out a registration form on the first day of class or use the online registration form.
Expectations for All Classes
When learning a new skill, we all learn from each other. Please help us create a supportive environment!
- Be respectful to your fellow students, everyone should feel free to ask questions without judgment or ridicule.
- Turn off cell phones or put on vibrate; if you need to take a call, please do so outside the classroom
- Come to class on time or set up your studio equipment after the lecture, demonstration or critique is over.
- Bring a willingness to learn or at a minimum, a sense of humor. Attitude is everything!
